Bananas Caramel Muffin

Hey my lovelies,

How everything going? For me I have been going crazy getting everything that will make my home feel like fall. Nothing feels more like fall than baking. I had some left over bananas, but to me bananas do not give autumn vibes so I added some caramel and let me tell you it was the best decisions. The aroma it gives your home is just wonderful.


1 1/2 cup all- purpose flour

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 bananas

1/3 butter (melted)

Caramel sauce ( your choice of caramel sauce)


Mix all your wet ingredients together. Egg, butter, mash bananas, vanilla extract and sugar.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Baking soda,baking powder,cinnamon,salt and flour. Mix them well.

Add to you muffin pan and on top add caramel sauce. Bake for 25 min at 375 degrees
