2 cups of heavy cream
1 cup of parmesan
1 1/2 lemon
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of butter
In a pan add olive oil and garlic let garlic get slightly toasted then add butter.
Add lemon juice into the butter mixture on low medium heat.
Start boiling the pasta
Add heavy cream to lemon butter mixture stir until everything is blended. Then add zest of one lemon.
When sauce thickens up add the drained pasta into sauce.
Mix until evenly coated cook then add parmesan and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Then it is ready to eat!
