Delicious Pistachio Tiramisu

Hi my Lovelies,

We’re in the second month of the year and already I want something sweet. I don’t like overly sweet dessert, but one dessert I really love it’s tiramisu. But after watching Giada and Bobby flay in Italy, I found out there a pistachio tiramisu ( mind blown). I love anything pistachio, so of course I had to try to make my own version .

I started researching and there was so many cool recipes but either they were all in Italian or the recipe didn’t make sense and seem super hard. I started to experiment and made up A easy recipe that taste delicious and super easy to make.

Alert: I want you guy to know that every recipe I make I taste and myself and my family enjoy it. I put this disclaimer because I want you to know not every recipe you see on Pinterest or online are good or I believe some people don’t even taste it. When I was researching to see if other has done pistachio tiramisu I found a recipe where they say to put the whole pistachio with shell ( please do not do this !!). Pistachio shell and very hard to break down they can cause serious damage. Let get back to the recipe, I was just upset someone made a recipe is clearly unedible.

Prep Time: 20 min

Ingredients

1/3 cup Espresso

2 Tbsp Amaretto Syrup

Pistachio Paste

1/2 Pistachio ( unshelled)

2 tbsp honey

2 vegetable oil

Pistachio Powder

1/2 pistachio (unshelled)

3 ladyfingers

Mascarpone Mixture

6 egg yolks

1 cup sugar

1 cup whip cream

1 package Lady finger

Directions

Step 1 : In a food processor add pistachio and mix until it’s chop. Some pistachio chunks are nice. Add honey and vegetables oil. Mix until it create a paste

Step 2 : Make your mascarpone filling

Boil water and pour simmering water in a large bowl.

Step 3 : Put a small bowl on top of the simmering water not touching ( like if you were melting chocolate)

Step 4 : Start whisking egg yolk and add sugar. Keep mixing egg yolk until it’s light and fluffy. If it grainy it okay.

Step 5 : Add mascarpone to the egg mixture. Then add whip cream and the pistachio paste. Place in the refrigerator until needed.

Step 6 : Make espresso and add amaretto syrup. Place in refrigerator until needed.

Step 7 : In the food processor add pistachio and lady finger. Mix until it’s a powdery consistency.

Step 8 : In your dish start assemble your tiramisu. Soak you lady finger in the espresso ( not too long because you don’t want it to break) place in dish . Keep doing this until you cover the bottom part of the dish. Add mascarpone filing and pistachio powder and repeat step.

Step 9 : For the last step top tiramisu with pistachio powder.

Step 10 : Place in the refrigerator for 6 hour or more and enjoy ❤️
