Healthy Asian Shrimp Bowl


Hi my lovelies,

One of my New Years resolutions is to eat clean and take care of my body. But the problem I have with eating clean is it’s not that tasty. So of course me being me I started playing around with some recipe. Something I really am starting to love is a salmon bowl. I love how easy it is to make especially if you have a air fryer, but today I switch out the salmon for shrimp ( mostly because I didn’t have any salmon 😜). But it came out so delicious. It’s perfect for lunch or dinner and super healthy and tasty.


1 Package of brown rice ( I buy it fromTrader Joe’s )

jumbo shrimp

1 cup of broccoli ( substitute for any veggie)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp of ginger

1 tbsp of honey

Cucumber ( add as much as you like)

1 tsp of rice vinegar

Sesame seed for garnishing

Half of avocado
