Lemon Ravioli Pasta

If your on insta or on TikTok, then you know Blazer are a thing. They were always to me but OK, let’s bring them back. I have seen oversized blazer, crop blazer and even leather blazer and I’m here for it. I have to say I collected quiet a bits of blazer during quarantine and, I’m not mad about it. I could easily create outfit for the Harry Potter character if I wanted ( by the way I spend too much time on TikTok ) , that’s how much I have and their all different. There something about wearing a blazer that makes you feel like a bad bitch , who works for herself. So Let me introduce to my blazers.

Hi my lovelies ,

I am a huge pasta lover ! On day when I’m in a slump and can’t think of what to cook, I normally go with go old pasta. I recently went to a restaurant and they had a lovely lemon ravioli and I was craving it but due to everything going on in the world, I didn’t want to take a trip downtown. So I decide to make my own version which may I add is freaking delicious!

What you need :

¾ cup Heavy cream

1 lemon

¾ cup Parmesan cheese

Ricotta ravioli ( I use a lemon ricotta one but that optional )

Black pepper

6 tbsp of unsalted butter


Boil pasta for 6 min

In a separate pan add cream and some lemon zest whisking often. Until liquid is just beginning to simmer, about 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low. Whisk in butter 1 Tbsp. At a time until melted and sauce is creamy ,then Remove from heat.

Scoop some pasta water add to sauce then up on medium heat. Add ravioli tossing often and adding Parmesan little by little, until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy, about 3 minutes.

Stir in reserved lemon juice; season with more salt, if needed.
