For mother day’s, I decide to make a delicious vanilla cake top with whip cream and fresh berry. This is the perfect cake to put a smile to every mother ( or anyone that special to you).


  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 4 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar 
  • Fresh Strawberry
  • Fresh Raspberry 
  • Fresh Black berry
  • Fresh Cool whip


Preheat for oven to 350°F

In a bowl add flour, baking powder and salt and mix them together.

In a separate bowl mix egg and sugar until creamy. ( optional: you can use a hand mixture, but I didn’t. Work well either way.)

In a sauce pan add butter and milk and vanilla extract to boil. Let it sit for 5 min.

Add milk mixture to egg mixture. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

Add parchment paper for easy removal of cake from pan. I like to butter the parchment paper but is your choice.

Add cake mixture to pan and bake for 30min or until the cake is golden brown or try the toothpick method. Poke the cake with the toothpick and if it comes out clean it means is ready.
