 Every morning I like to take a ginger shot. I use to buy them for $3, but I been recently been making them myself. Some benefits of ginger it helps fight the flu and common cold, it helps with digestion, reduce nausea. The cayenne pepper helps boots metabolism. Lemons helps with to reduces your risk of heart disease and stroke to name a few.Like all my recipe it’s super easy to make. It take less than 10 minutes, you can also add some turmeric for some added benefit.


  • 6 Ginger
  • 3 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp cayenne power


Add ginger, Lemon, Cayenne power and water into and blender and blend until mix well.

Add into a shot bottle and store in the refrigerator.
