Hi My Lovelies,
It’s a cold day here in Massachusetts and I’ve been Obsessed with drinking tea before bed. Tea is very beneficial to drink because of the antioxidants ( I’m not a freakin doctor lets not kid ourselves) but google the benefits, I just really drink it to calm my sleep anxiety and this recipe here has really been helping me with that and,also it’s very cozy and delicious.
* 1 1/2 cups light coconut milk
* 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
* 1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
* 1/4 tsp ground ginger
* 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
* 1 Tbsp coconut oil
* 1 pinch ground black pepper
* Sweetener of choice ( I like Honey)
In a small saucepan, add coconut milk, almond milk, ground turmeric, ground ginger,coconut oil, black pepper, and sweetener of choice. Whisk them together until combine over medium heat. Do not let it boil, it should just be warm. Serve immediately.
