Ginger Bake Fish

I haven’t made recipe in my blog for a while now, I wanted to make a recipe so good you will lick your plate.I recently went to a restaurant and order a ginger salmon which was delicious!!! I have been trying to recreate the recipe in my kitchen for a while now and I finally think I master it and I finally found a recipe I like. This recipe is super easy and fast,you can substitute Any type of fish this time I did tilapia. I hope you like this recipe❤️
1 Tbsp ginger
2 rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic ( I prefer grated)
1 tsp vegetables oil
1 tsp sesame seed
3 large parasites
3 large carrots
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl mix ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic,vegetables oil,sesame seed. Wisk till mix.

Pour mixture to tilapia and bake for 30min.

Wash and peel potatoes, cut into small pieces, add salt.Place in medium heat.

In a pan add olive oil and add salt and pepper and add carrots and cook till soft

Mash potatoes with butter and add tilapia on top and carrots.

Volia your all done!!!!
