Matcha Latte

One of my favorite thing to drink in the morning instead of coffee is Matcha Latte. It’s always great to give coffee a little vacation, I love coffee, I live on coffee but we sometime need a break. So why not choose something that super yummy but at the same time nutritious. My favorite reason why I adore Maca Latte is because is creamy and super yummy. Matcha has many benefit it’s naturally high on minerals and it has lots different thing in it like fiber,protein amino acids and many more. It also really good with those with adrenal fatigue because it nourishes them and reduces stress. and is super easy to make!

1 Teaspoon Maca Powder

1 Cup Hot Water

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 Cup Almond milk ( OPTIONAL MILK)

1 Teaspoon Collegen

1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil

  1. I tried this once after my friend brought some Matcha powder from Asia. To me it was a bit too bitter although I had put honey in it πŸ™

    1. You should try it with maple syrup, honey does’nt really sweeten it too much or maybe if you want to ease into it try the Trader Joe matcha its already sweeten you just add it into milk .
