Coconut Walnut Chia Granola

One of my favorite breakfast is granola with fruit. I absolutely love this combo, I really love my making my easy granola recipe. It easy to make it literally take less than 30 min to make and, you only need a few ingredient. Is rich in fibre and light for the stomach .

3 Cup Old Fashion Oats
1/2 Cup Honey
2 Tsp Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Walnut
3/8 Coconut
1 Tbsp Chia Seed

First you would need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees .

Mix your dry ingredients in a bowl , your Oats, Walnut and Chia seed. Place them in a baking pan and let it frost for 10-15 min, stirring them occasionally.

Mix your wet ingredient in a separate bowl , your Honey, Vegetable Oil, Vanilla Extract.

When your Oats are toasted drizzle your wet ingredient , stir in the mixture very well covering the Oats. At this point you can add your coconut flakes.

Place your baking pan back in the oven but this time turn your oven off. Leave it in there for 8- 10 min.

Let it cool for 5 min
